Erez Cohen

Vice Chair

With over twenty years experience in finance, Erez is acknowledged for his excellence in customer service, as ranked through the number one rating system in the lending industry. “It’s imperative every client is given the time they deserve when going through the loan process. We recognize the importance of attending to our clients needs seven days a week as both real estate and lending markets do not operate between the hours of nine – five. We strive to make financing the least stressful part of purchasing a home.”

Paralegal by Trade, Christina has over 12 years of experience ranging from title examining, short sale negotiating, loan modifications and FIRPTA.

The Title Company plays a key role in real estate transactions. Title companies generally act as the combined agent of the insurance company, the buyer, the seller, and any other parties related to a transaction, such as mortgage lenders. The Title Company reviews title, issues insurance policies, facilitates closings, and files and records paperwork. My goal is to make this process easy and smooth for all parties..
